Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Refund process
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, or marked as cash refund on delivery orders after the item is inspected.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If the order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@larnisoutfitters.com within 72 hours with order details and photos.
Non-returnable items
Items showing wear, missing tags, or altered after delivery are not eligible for refund.
